About the Role:

CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales-driven organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound leads via our corporate phone system and gathering basic customer information
  • Assisting Licensed Loan Officers in obtaining leads by coordinating communication and transferring identified customers via our corporate phone system
  • Utilizing our corporate training methods and tactics to convert potential prospects into CCM customers
  • Scheduling initial appointments and maintaining a database to ensure customer service expectations are met
  • Effectively managing a high volume of incoming phone calls

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalency degree
  • 1-year experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Strong verbal communication skills via phone
  • Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to successfully apply training to live interactions with CCM clients both internally and externally
  • Consistently adhering to and meeting deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to problem solve and welcome constructive criticism
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking, time management, and follow-up
  • Willingness to work in a team atmosphere
