Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales-driven organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound leads via our corporate phone system and gathering basic customer information
- Assisting Licensed Loan Officers in obtaining leads by coordinating communication and transferring identified customers via our corporate phone system
- Utilizing our corporate training methods and tactics to convert potential prospects into CCM customers
- Scheduling initial appointments and maintaining a database to ensure customer service expectations are met
- Effectively managing a high volume of incoming phone calls
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalency degree
- 1-year experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Strong verbal communication skills via phone
- Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to successfully apply training to live interactions with CCM clients both internally and externally
- Consistently adhering to and meeting deadlines under pressure
- Ability to problem solve and welcome constructive criticism
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking, time management, and follow-up
- Willingness to work in a team atmosphere
