We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a variety of specialty cocktails, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our beverage offerings, including ingredients and preparation techniques.
- Prepare and stock bar service items efficiently.
- Conduct daily bar preparations, including fruit cutting, syrup making, and garnish assembly.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the workspace, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance skills and knowledge in mixology.
- Ensure bar tools and stations are kept clean and well-maintained.
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly to patrons.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with team members.
- Follow dress code and hygiene standards diligently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience, with availability for nights and weekends.
- Proficient in crafting cocktails in a high-volume setting.
- Strong passion and extensive knowledge of mixology, craft cocktails, and spirits.
- Familiarity with beer and wine selections.
- Experience with POS systems, preferably Toast, for processing orders and payments.
- Exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving systems in a new business environment.
- Open to constructive feedback and performance evaluations.
- Knowledgeable in standard operating procedures for bar operations.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- RBS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation: $17.28 per hour plus tips, 401k, and paid training.
