Product Recovery Specialist

Job Summary: As a Product Recovery Specialist, you will play a critical role in our Customer Fulfillment Center, contributing to giving products a second chance and helping to prevent unnecessary costs while keeping sustainability in mind.
Job Responsibilities:
- Damage Response: Continuously respond to identified damages in ways that create advantages, minimize costs, and sustain product quality.
- Operational Support: Support operational efforts by verifying detected product damages.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate machinery and tools associated with product recovery processes.
- Good Flow Management: Ensure safe and productive flow of goods in the assigned recovery areas.
- Recovery Actions: Complete all recovery actions in accordance with IKEA Standards.
- Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

Qualifications: Previous material handling equipment experience is preferred. Intermediate computer proficiency and skilled with hand tools are also required. Strong communication skills are essential. You must be able to lift, sit, stand, and walk for the length of your shift and lift up to 50lbs.
Shift and Pay: This role operates on a Sun-Wed 5am-3:30pm schedule, with a competitive salary of $21.02 per hour.
