Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the community, including financial management, marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and team leadership.
- Foster outstanding customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and manage marketing strategies to enhance community visibility.
- Ensure the community is well-maintained and manage lease agreements effectively.
- Supervise rent collection processes, maintenance operations, and community inspections.
- Ensure compliance with audit standards in all office operations.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Apartment Management with a strong emphasis on Marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and familiarity with Yardi is preferred.
- Possession of a NYS Real Estate Salesperson license is required.
