We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst II specializing in expense management to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. This role focuses on resolving discrepancies between personal and company expenses and requires an advanced understanding of expense systems and technical tools.
Key Responsibilities- Lead efforts in managing and resolving discrepancies between personal and company expenses, specifically related to company card usage.
- Support the inverting process for refunding and payment implementation within the bank for incorrect transactions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure expense management processes are streamlined and efficient.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and Concur to manage expense reports, provide data analysis, and facilitate accurate payment processing.
- Work within Teams and Outlook to manage shared mailboxes and enhance communication across departments.
- Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook: Proficiency is required, especially in managing shared mailboxes, reporting, and internal communications.
- Oracle: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle systems for expense management and reporting.
- Concur: Hands-on experience managing expenses through Concur is mandatory.
- Strong ability to analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment and demonstrating problem-solving skills in expense management scenarios.
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst II role or a more advanced position is highly desirable.
- Hybrid role: Must be able to report to the office two times a week with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
