Job Summary

Jagemann Stamping is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Press Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining presses and other machinery, ensuring high-quality products are produced.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain presses and other machinery to produce high-quality products
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and auditing for loose parts and visible defects
  • Load and unload raw material from stock reel or palletizer, following safety guidelines and using personal protection equipment
  • Read and interpret part prints and understand the correlation between the print and critical dimensions
  • Record production, material, and quality information on designated operating systems
  • Participate in team meetings and training programs, and contribute to the Continual Improvement Process
Requirements
  • Math, problem-solving, and reading competency
  • Previous work history in a manufacturing environment or experience demonstrating mechanical aptitude
  • Prior experience operating a press is desired, but not required
