  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and company policies.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including cost analysis, profitability assessments, and financial modeling.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and industry standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and general ledger management.
  • Experience in the media, entertainment, or related industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
