We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Functions:
    • Greet visitors and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
    • Answer telephones and respond to client inquiries.
  • Scheduling and Coordination:
    • Schedule and confirm appointments.
    • Place outbound calls for follow-ups and communicate with prospective clients.
  • Financial Transactions:
    • Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
    • Recommend and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
  • Client Education and Support:
    • Answer questions regarding products and services.
    • Provide education on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
