Job Title: Managed Repair Analyst II

At Accuserve, we are seeking a highly skilled Managed Repair Analyst II to join our team. As a key member of our property claims team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that contractor estimating procedures are in accordance with industry standards and local pricing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reconstruction claims for insurance carriers, ensuring timely closure and excellent customer service.
  • Evaluate claim circumstances and determine a means of resolution for all parties concerned.
  • Work closely with contractors, discussing job scope and updating claims with relevant notes.
  • Advanced ability to audit estimates and invoices, negotiating prices as necessary.
  • Communicate with customers to recommend reserve amounts based on exposure, subrogation potential, and unusual underwriting risk.
  • Collaborate with Public Adjusters and Attorneys to complete claims.
  • Provide clarity and assist with customer inquiries, responding promptly and efficiently in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Apply and follow customer service, restoration claim, and Company policies and procedures.
  • Enter data and other relevant information into claims database or other business applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Understand and ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Suggest process improvements when applicable.
  • Assist all departments in a courteous and professional manner to reach business goals and objectives.
  • Participate in individual and team training and meetings to ensure accurate information is relayed to customers/clients and individual performance is maximized.
  • Perform follow-up in accordance with documented and/or stated guidelines.
  • Work with and maintain professional relationships with Insurance Clients, Insureds, co-workers, and contractor personnel to ensure callers are receiving proper service.
  • Adhere to assigned work schedule.
  • Exhibit a professional image and behavior.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime when required.
  • Meet or exceed benchmarked metrics designed to measure productivity and/or quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience or 3-4 years of experience in the insurance industry handling Property claims as a desk and/or field adjuster.
  • Internet savvy and functional knowledge of Windows Product such as: Excel, Word, Teams and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Advanced ability to audit estimates and invoices.
  • Advanced ability to negotiate and customer services skills.
  • Has an in-depth understanding of the importance of meeting property claim handling requirements for our clients and their policy holders.
  • Advanced knowledge of Xactimate and Xactanalysis.
  • Having a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to utilize technology devices, software, and application, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills required.
  • Reliable high-speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 10 meg download and 1 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required if working remotely.
