Senior Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team at Kate Spade New York. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized shopping experiences for clients, offering expert advice on our luxury goods
* Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the success of the sales team
* Develop strong product knowledge across all categories and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
* Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business-driving events
* Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador of Kate Spade New York
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
* Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve individual sales goals
* Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
* Physical requirements: available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends; standing for extended periods of time; able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
