Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual sales goals by leveraging your proficiency in retail and developing strong product knowledge across all categories.
  • Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering a personalized experience that meets the expectations of our discerning clients.
  • Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and initiate business-driving events in-store.
  • Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, safely lifting boxes up to 50 pounds, and comfortable climbing ladders.
