Job Responsibilities
As a Tax Professional Intern, you will have the opportunity to:
- Prepare and review personal and business tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in preparing amended returns, personal tax projections, property tax refunds, employee benefit plan returns, carry-back returns, and payroll tax returns.
- Develop a working knowledge of various tax programs and software.
- Collaborate with senior accountants, managers, and directors to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must:
- Be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting.
- Maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Have junior or senior status and be on track to graduate with 150 credits.
- Be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
