Payroll Specialist Position

This role involves managing the payroll operations for a prominent company in Midtown, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Process payroll transactions for various entities.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll reporting and reconciliation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a large company with over 500 employees.
  • Familiarity with Workday and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Compensation Package
  • The estimated annual salary is $95,000-$115,000.
  • Competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a discretionary bonus.
