Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Interim HealthCare Duluth. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and hygiene services to patients, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily needs, such as eating and nutritional intake, ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
  • Monitor patient vitals, measure intake/output, and document any changes or concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, RNs, LPNs, and aides, to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Minnesota.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
