Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Interim HealthCare Duluth. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and hygiene services to patients in facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, RNs, LPNs, and aides, to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Assist patients with daily needs, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake.
  • Help patients with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, measure intake/output, and document any changes.
  • Observe patients and notify supervisors of any issues requiring a change in care, medication, or equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Minnesota.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
