Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to work in our dynamic physical therapy practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic and sports-related injuries, with a focus on evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Rehab Team Leader with specialty program development and external marketing
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and provide formal and informal in-services/educational offerings for staff and the community
  • Assess and track outcomes and develop plans based on clinical outcomes and metrics
  • Mentor peers and provide co-treatment/consultation on plans of care for peer's patients as needed
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on examination findings and patient goals
  • Administer therapeutic agents and exercise programs according to clinical procedures
  • Document patient outcomes that reflect goal achievement and maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2000 hours of clinical practice in the specialty area, with 25% occurring in the last 3 years
  • BA or BS in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy
  • Post-professional certification/specialization in area of specialty supported by National Board Exam or successful completion of Fellowship/Residency in area of specialization
  • AHA or ARC BLS within 2 weeks of hire
