Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Oklahoma Memory Care Institute. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting our mission to provide exceptional care and services.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring the highest level of quality care is maintained at all times. This includes administering medications, performing physical assessments, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing physical assessments, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Supervise nursing staff, ensuring they are following established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each resident.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care is maintained.
Requirements:
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
  • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
  • Good leadership qualities and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with the healthcare team.
