Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ArchWell Health, a innovative healthcare provider dedicated to improving the lives of our senior members.

As a Nurse Practitioner at ArchWell Health, you will have the opportunity to practice as part of a collaborative team that may include, but is not limited to, Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine Physicians, RN Clinical Managers, and center team. You will be empowered to spend time with your patients and provide outstanding care.

Our Nurse Practitioners are experienced in primary care, with a focus on internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine. They are driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide primary care services to our senior members
- Manage a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care
**Requirements:**
- Current licensure to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment
- Active and non-probationary
- Experience in primary care, with a focus on internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
- Ability to travel within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other
