Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Registered Nurse Job

Atrium Health Charlotte is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric Hematology/Oncology team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our young patients and their families.

About the Role
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients with hematology and oncology conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and lab results to identify potential complications
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
  • At least 6 months of RN experience in pediatric hematology/oncology or a related field
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
