Key Responsibilities

  • Review markets, check over/under capacity, and collaborate with Customer Accounts to determine balance, capacity, and demand of loads and trucks.
  • Assign loads to trucks based on market understanding and customer needs.
  • Continuously increase understanding of assigned markets and customers, sharing findings with sales and/or customer account employees.
  • Actively review reports to identify waste opportunities and develop optimal solutions with sales and/or customer accounts.
