Key Responsibilities

  • Assist management in overseeing daily operations at car wash facilities and guiding team members in their duties.
  • Welcome and interact with customers, ensuring they receive the highest standard of service.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of various wash packages and promotional offers.
  • Promote Loyalty and Rewards membership programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Safely operate car wash machinery and handle cleaning agents.
  • Direct customers for safe entry and exit through the car wash tunnel.
  • Efficiently clean vehicles upon arrival, removing debris and preparing them for the wash process.
  • Perform drying, polishing, and detailing of vehicles, focusing on both interior and exterior care.
  • In certain locations, team members may be responsible for driving customer vehicles to and from the wash area.
  • Maintain cleanliness by performing tasks such as trash removal, lot sweeping, and general upkeep of the facility.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A collaborative team member who enhances the customer experience.
  • Prior experience in retail, team leadership, or the car wash sector is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
