Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement EHS Programs: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive environmental health and safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Lead Safety Training: Develop and deliver safety training programs to ensure employees are aware of and understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Manage Safety Data: Collect, analyze, and report safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with operations, maintenance, and other departments to ensure effective implementation of EHS programs and procedures.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Regulatory Requirements: Stay current with changing regulations and standards, and ensure the organization is in compliance.
  • Develop and Implement Emergency Response Plans: Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure the organization is prepared to respond to unexpected events.
  • Manage Safety Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records, including incident reports, safety audits, and training records.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Minimum 3 Years EHS Experience: Required
  • Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations: Required
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Required
