We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our home remodeling and construction projects in Omaha, NE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate construction tasks, including deck installation, doorway widening, and grab bar installation.
  • Review plans and specifications to determine feasibility, code compliance, labor, and equipment quotes.
  • Coordinate with designers and sales teams to generate attractive and profitable quotes.
  • Ensure timely job starts and completion, plan material purchases, and coordinate with staff as needed.
  • Schedule and supervise construction staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and materials.
  • Ensure Numotion standards and applicable codes are followed on the job site.
  • Obtain necessary permits.
Administrative and Customer Service
  • Assist in developing lists of subcontractors.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance.
  • Monitor and maintain tools, storage, and re-supply.
  • Receive and sort products on the loading dock as needed.
  • Record service and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
Other Functions
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by maintaining relationships with potential referrals.
  • Describe Numotion's services and equipment to clients, contractors, and the public.
