This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of restorative work in schools, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for creating an inclusive and supportive work environment. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

The LVSEP Director will also be a member of the Lamoille Restorative Center's Management team, contributing to the development and implementation of the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the LVSEP
  • Provide direct supervision to the School Engagement Specialists
  • Collaborate with the Restorative Practices in Schools Program
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's strategic goals
