Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Snohomish Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms, and other areas of the facility, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Safely mix and use cleaning solutions, store them in a secure area, and label and remove infectious waste bags and containers.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Ensure regular attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Other Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including conducting job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Six months of experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
  • Licenses/Certification: None required.
