Job Title: Dishroom Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Trails End Taphouse & Restaurant. As a Dishroom Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dish area, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are sanitized and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine, ensuring that it is properly cleaned and maintained.
• Monitor the dish machine water temperature to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware, maintaining adequate levels of clean equipment.
• Keep the dish area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed.
• Assist with cleaning food preparation and production areas as required.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Be able to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 75 pounds.
