Insurance Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to identify customer needs and promote relevant products and services.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission/bonus based on performance.
