Customer Service Associate

The role requires a results-driven individual capable of interacting with a wide variety of people. You'll contact customers via phone and email to discuss concerns and questions, utilizing social poise, warmth, and friendliness while interacting with consumers who require your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to learn products and airline regulations of claim processing
- Ability to actively listen and identify customer's needs
- Ability to problem solve and find resolutions to a variety of customer's concerns
- Work well in a dynamic environment with other professionals
Requirements:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills a must
- Ability to work well with others and work as scheduled
- CRM experience a plus
- Computer skills and strong work ethic required
Appearance Guidelines:
Employees are expected at all times to present a professional business-like image, even when working behind the scenes. Clean and well-maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shift.
