Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight for the work of consultants and contractors
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and teams
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • California Professional Engineers License (Civil)
  • Experience with FRA's Bridge Management Program requirements
  • Knowledge of public sector and SCRRA policies and procedures
