- Production Floor Optimization: Spend up to half the work time on the production floor to optimize current and future processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Compliance and Documentation: Comply with company guidelines, protocols, and documentation standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaboration and Communication: Maintain respectful and considerate interactions with all colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as required, supporting the team and contributing to the success of the organization.
The successful Manufacturing Engineer will have:
- Academic Requirements: A four-year undergraduate degree in one of the following fields: Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Professional Background: Minimum of 12 months relevant work experience in a manufacturing or engineering role.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and industry standards.
- Software Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
