About the Role

Stryten Energy is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Battery Engineering Intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various engineering projects, collect and analyze data, and develop innovative solutions to improve product quality and reduce costs.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in industrial battery business development and gain invaluable professional experience
  • Contribute to multiple engineering projects and collaborate with senior leaders
  • Analyze data sets to drive product and project improvement
  • Develop cost reduction and product quality improvement ideas
  • Design and implement LEAN initiatives, Kaizen, and TPM events to optimize business processes
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
  • Expected graduation between December 2025 and May 2027
  • GPA of 3.0 or greater
  • Ability to work onsite daily
