Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate modular construction projects at a production facility, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Manage all site-related activities, including sourcing and qualifying material vendors.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and general contractors to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
  • Provide ongoing feedback regarding project changes and updates.
  • Conduct daily progress reviews and reporting.
  • Maintain and adjust completion schedules as necessary.
  • Identify and manage potential project risks and issues.
  • This role requires travel up to 85% of the time.
  • Driving is a key function of this position.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction codes and regulations.
  • Experience in multi-family commercial projects.
