Position Overview

PureRed is in search of a seasoned and innovative leader in content production to enhance our dynamic digital content team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing substantial budgets within the digital domain. This individual will have a demonstrated history of overseeing P&L, a comprehensive understanding of cutting-edge technologies in digital photography and videography, and a proven ability to cultivate and lead a talented team. The right candidate will exhibit exceptional attention to detail and possess substantial hands-on experience in advertising technology, CGI, Generative AI, and 3D animation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate a forward-thinking strategy and revenue enhancement plan for PureRed's studio division, utilizing the latest generative technologies to align with organizational and client objectives.
  • Lead strategic initiatives, assess roadmaps, and implement cross-departmental projects to refine business processes and drive transformation within our studios in accordance with company-wide goals.
  • Guide, mentor, and develop a team of digital studio professionals, including photographers, producers, animators, and partnerships with digital vendors.
  • Contribute insights from the Production Studio for new business proposals.
  • Provide leadership in project management, showcasing a history of successfully delivering multiple large-scale, mission-critical projects.
  • Travel to various production studios as required.
Qualifications:
  • Over 15 years of experience in digital media, encompassing photography, videography, CGI, Animation, VFX/3D, Generative AI, and digital collaborations.
  • Proven expertise in managing studio technology platforms and operational workflows.
  • A recognized leader with a strong perspective on studio operations and business scaling.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in production and post-production technologies and processes.
  • Capability to oversee numerous large-scale projects simultaneously with the appropriate teams in place for execution.
  • Experience in developing project scopes and plans for budgets exceeding $300,000.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as necessary.
