- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- At least 2 years of experience in acute care or oncology nursing, with a focus on infusion therapy.
- Chemotherapy experience is highly desirable.
This role requires prolonged standing, walking, and use of sight, hearing, and touch. You may be exposed to infectious diseases and will be working with patients who may be experiencing physical, mental, and emotional illness, as well as end-of-life conditions.
