Administrative Support Associate

Main Responsibilities: Assist Trust Officers and personnel with all facets of account administration, research, analysis, and completion of special projects. Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, accountants, and colleagues. Utilize the Maui system in its fullest capacity and record client prospecting, retention, and expansion efforts using Connections. Participate on various committees and project teams as deemed appropriate by management. Attend and actively participate in organizational training and programs. Adhere to all applicable Policies and Procedures of the BankWest organization and regulatory requirements within the industry.
Requirements and Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, compliance, pre-law, business, or a related field is preferred. Work experience in a related field can be substituted for the degree requirement. Two years' experience in a related field is also required. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Compensation and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is $62,000 per year.
