Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at The Willows at Bellevue. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Direct Patient Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and perform various nursing procedures to ensure the optimal health and comfort of our residents.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Conduct Assessments and Evaluations: Perform regular assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of our residents and develop strategies to address them.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and transparent communication with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that everyone is informed and involved in the care process.
- Education and Licensure: Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and a degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Skills and Qualities: Demonstrate strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
