Location: Upstate New York

Candidate Qualifications

  • Must be Board Certified
  • Possess an Active New York Medical License and DEA
  • A minimum of 100 Deliveries performed in the past 24 months is required

Position Details

  • Coverage is needed immediately and will continue on an ongoing basis
    • 7 shifts are required per month
    • Availability for at least 4 shifts per month is mandatory
  • Shifts are 24 hours in duration
  • Hospitalists will have backup support available
  • MFM support staff is accessible, though not on-site, and will assist as needed
  • Patient Types: Deliveries
    • Hospitalist will also provide gynecological care
  • Patient Volume:
    • Total Deliveries at the Hospital: 69 per month
    • Estimated Deliveries for the Hospitalist: 11 per month
  • Circumcision procedures are required
  • Credentialing process takes approximately 60 days
