Job Summary

This position involves providing technical nursing care to patients in the inpatient hospital setting. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Current Washington LPN licensure
  • Current AHA HCP (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
