Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical nursing care for assigned patients in the inpatient hospital setting, following established standards and practice.
  • Work within the legal scope of practice and healthcare certification.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or mitigate adverse outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current Washington LPN licensure.
  • Current AHA HCP (BLS) Card.
