Key Responsibilities- Provide technical nursing care for assigned patients in the inpatient hospital setting, following established standards and practice.
- Work within the legal scope of practice and healthcare certification.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or mitigate adverse outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current Washington LPN licensure.
- Current AHA HCP (BLS) Card.
- Union position.
