Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team in a casual position. As a Social Worker, you will provide direct social work services to patients and their families, including assessment, treatment planning, intervention, counseling, and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and document psychosocial assessments of patients
  • Share responsibility in identifying appropriate decision makers and educating patients about their rights
  • Provide liaison services and referrals to hospital resources and community agencies
  • Identify mental health needs of patients and provide counseling and referrals as indicated
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity and coordination of patient care

Requirements

  • Masters Degree or Bachelor's Degree from a Council of Social Work Education accredited School of Social Work
  • State of Nebraska certification/licensure in Social Work

Pay and Benefits

$33.20/hour
