- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical advancements and best practices
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-based policies and procedures
- Current RN licensure in the state of New Mexico
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU nursing
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
