RN Center Manager

The RN Center Manager will oversee the operations of the Endoscopy Center, ensuring alignment with established policies, protocols, orders, and regulations. This individual will collaborate closely with the Center's Medical Director and supervise subordinate staff to ensure that all clinical aspects of care provided at the Center meet established standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Endoscopy Center, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and established policies.
- Collaborate with the Center's Medical Director to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Supervise subordinate staff, including nurses, technicians, and administrative personnel.
- Work with center staff and attending physicians to implement patient care orders and protocols.
- Perform clinical duties within the patient care environment as required.
- Baccalaureate degree or equivalent experience in the field of nursing or a related field.
- Five years of healthcare leadership experience.
- Clinical experience in surgery or procedure healthcare, including demonstrated knowledge of sterile technique, working with anesthetized patients, and other clinical situations found in a surgical or procedural setting.
- Able to use personal computer, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email/calendar functions for day-to-day activities.
- Possess a working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment impacting ASCs, and the applicable standards of the AAAHC, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory bodies for ambulatory surgery centers.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with physicians and all medical professionals.
- Holds current clinical license, registration, or certification in good standing by the applicable authority.
