We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care in a long-term care environment. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Hawaii nursing license prior to the commencement of their assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
As an LPN, your primary duties will include:
1. Administering medications and performing skin treatments.
2. Conducting patient assessments and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
3. Providing nebulized treatments and managing wound vac care.
4. Offering CPAP care and supporting gastrostomy tube management.
Work Schedule:
Shifts will vary, encompassing 8-hour schedules across Days, Evenings, and Nights. Flexibility is required, including availability on weekends and holidays. Please note that there is no guarantee of specific hours or shift preferences, and overtime rotation may be necessary.
