This role is perfect for current Residents/Fellows completing their training in 2024 or 2025 who are interested in working at one of our San Francisco/Bay Area offices. As a Primary Care Physician, you'll join a community of clinicians dedicated to helping you thrive in your career and utilizing technology custom-built with physicians in mind.
Job ResponsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office or testing centers, and participating in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning. You'll also collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and work with virtual clinical teams.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must be currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program. Additionally, you should be Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam. A state license in California, obtained before your start date, is also required.
You should demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care, successful communication with individuals from diverse backgrounds, effective use of technology to deliver high-quality care, clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care, and a desire to be part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
A competitive salary of $288,000 to $297,000 per year (based on a full-time schedule) will be offered, with additional pay possible for those exceeding specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package may include annual performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive plans.
