Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver logistics management planning and assistance for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Sustainment requirements related to PM AAA platform variants.
- Demonstrate expertise in US import/export regulations and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as they pertain to FMS Programs for the Department of Defense.
- Execute tasks in accordance with the Defense Acquisition University Core Certification Standards for Logistics at the Advanced Level.
- Analyze technical and financial data related to USMC acquisitions and ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
- Maintain control over all Program and Product Support documentation.
- Identify and implement logistics support requirements in system specifications.
- Assist in the development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and create logistics-related materials and budget estimates.
- Participate in System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs) and support Life Cycle Working Integrated Product Team (WIPT) meetings.
- Develop and manage logistics databases, System Specifications, and Programmatic Environmental documents.
- Review vendor-submitted program documents for compliance with logistics standards.
- Support the development of Logistics Management Information (LMI) and perform data entry into authoritative systems.
- Conduct various support analyses, including provisioning, maintenance planning, and logistics support analyses.
- Provide guidance on supply support requirements, including acquisition and inventory management.
- Monitor and update data systems, analyzing supply and maintenance data.
- Lead maintenance planning and management initiatives.
- Recommend appropriate spare and repair parts quantities for operational requirements.
- Engage in Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) support activities.
- Assist in fielding operations and inventory management.
- Document meeting minutes and progress reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience in program analytics and property management.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Physical Requirements: The role requires regular walking, sitting, and standing, with occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision.
Work Environment: The position is typically in a standard office setting with a low to moderate noise level.
