Breakfast Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Hampton Inn Cumming, GA. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for setting up and taking down our breakfast buffet, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are always available. You will also need to walk throughout the dining area refilling coffee and beverages and cleaning up used plates and utensils.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive service to guests in the dining area by taking orders, and serving food and drinks
• Disinfect and clean service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment following health and safety procedures
• Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner
• Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Food service industry experience is highly desired
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members
• ServSafe Certified a plus

Compensation: $15 hourly
