Role Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for instructing college students utilizing effective educational methodologies. You will develop and implement curriculum relevant to your discipline, evaluate student performance, and actively participate in program assessments and college initiatives. Maintaining high standards in alignment with the College's mission is essential.
As a tenure-track faculty member, you will work a structured schedule, which includes teaching responsibilities, office hours, and participation in committees and collaborative projects.
Qualifications
We encourage applications from candidates who possess:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or a Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the aforementioned areas.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, and across multiple campuses as required.
- Relevant teaching and professional experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology effectively in the classroom setting.
- Cultural competency to engage with a diverse student body and workforce.
Additional Information
Palm Beach State College recognizes degrees from accredited institutions. For degrees obtained outside the United States, validation by a recognized credential evaluation service is required.

Compensation
The starting salary for this position is $50,000 annually, subject to variation based on qualifications and experience.
