Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team at Onin Staffing. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and shipment of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet specifications
  • Assist with locating product in inventory to fulfill shipments
  • Print and apply inventory tags to product prior to storage
  • Generate shipping documents, including BOLs, certifications, and packing lists
  • Manage returned materials and ship samples of non-conforming materials to suppliers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
