About the Role

Lewiston Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Culinary Manager to join our team.

As a Culinary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of daily meals to residents and guests. You will lead a team of culinary staff and ensure exceptional customer service standards are met at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. A high school education or equivalent, along with a current Certified Food Manager certificate, is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train culinary staff to ensure excellent service standards
  • Plan and prepare menus to meet the dietary needs of residents and guests
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes
