Job Summary

The Director of Nursing will play a critical role in leading our clinical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $77,969 to $120,786 per year, based on factors such as education, experience, and qualifications.

About the Role

As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior care environment, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Knowledge of geriatric nursing principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
